The Procrastinator's monstrous existence perpetuates the Tyrant's sinister agenda. the Procrastinator remains under the Financial Tyrant's control, carrying out his malevolent deeds.
Imps of Disorder

Summary: In a realm ruled by the malevolent Financial Tyrant, he creates the Imps of Disorder, small creatures with the power to spread chaos and ruin projects.
